SDSF 1.0 Small Diameter Split Frame designed for pipe and tube from .5in to 1in O.D. (DN15-25). 6 models are available to cold cut, bevel and counterbore pipe and tubing from .5in to 6.6in (12.7mm – 167.6mm) OD. Includes 1in frame, pinion housing, spare fastener kit, operating hand tools, manual and storage case. Tool slides, collets and drive motor sold separately. The SDSF series offers a lightweight and low profile design to fit into the tightest quarters, such as in pipe racks. Designed to cut, bevel and counterbore pipe up to .4375in (11.1mm) wall thickness, it splits in half and mounts via either self centering collets or with versatile extension legs. A double sided pinion housing is standard for versatile drive motor mounting.

DynaPrep MDSF Split Frame 206 2in-6in OD (DN50 - 150) Base Kit, rotating split ring style OD mounted machine tool, is designed to perform. As an inline Pipe cutter - (parting), double parting (utilizing two cutting blades) or simultaneous cold cutting and beveling of inline pipe and elbows. As an inline Pipe beveler, beveling, compound beveling, and creating J-Preps with specific radius and precise lands, ideal for weld preparation. Pipe End Prep Counterboring of inside mating surfaces prior to welding. As a Flange Facer to face smooth flange surfaces, record groove flanges, and plunge cut RTJ ring grooves. Heavy Wall pipe machining up to a 2.5in (63mm) wall thickness.

Wachs LDSF 75 Large Diameter Split Frame with hydraulic drive is designed for cold cutting, beveling, facing and counterboring on large diameter pipes, vessels and flanges from 60in-75in OD (1524mm-1905mm). It incorporates multiple advancements designed to make it stronger, faster to set up, and easier to operate. Picking up where our DynaPrep MDSF split frames leave off, four standard LDSF Large Diameter Split Frame sizes will cover a range from 60in-120in O.D. (DN1500-DN3000). Each machine covers a 15in (381mm) diameter range and will simultaneously cut and bevel most wall thicknesses and materials.

SpeedPrep SDB 103/3 Small Diameter Beveler 110V 60Hz electric handheld end prep machine tool is designed to face, bevel and counterbore 1.16” (29.5mm) ID through 4.5” (114.3mm) OD tube and pipe. Includes HD electric drive, standard mandrel 1.16in - 4.18in (29.5 - 106.2mm) ID, 7 sets of leg extensions, operating hand tools, manual and storage case. Pneumatic version pictured.

The Wachs SpeedPrep EP 424 End Prep with the AutoFeed system is a precision I.D. mount end prep machine tool designed to bevel, compound bevel, J prep, face and counterbore pipe, fittings and valves. Utilizing our revolutionary AutoFeed mechanism that feeds simultaneously in the axial and radial planes, the EP 424 is able to machine any bevel or compound bevel without templates, incline tool slides or work stoppages. With the AutoFeed system, it`s now possible to set the bevel angle and land that works best for your application, all without work stoppages or additional stoppages.
