EHC - Model HT - Filter

The HT Filter is designed for both permanent and temporary installation on heavy vehicles, forklifts and working machinery used in confined spaces. The filter is available in multiple sizes and comes in stainless or galvanised steel. Inside it, you will find a disposable cartridge filtration element. EHC HT consists of a housing with a heat shield made from galvanized or stainless steel. The delivery includes the filter, electric pressure switch with signal lamp or safety valve with membrane and counter flange. EHC HT is available in three sizes, with different exhaust volumes. Every HT model has a light version.

EHC - Model L20 - Exhaust Filter

The EHC L20 is an exhaust filter for temporary driving of vehicles in factories, ships, workshops, exhibition halls, etc. The L20 filter reduces the number of particles by up to 99 percent and starts working right when the engine starts. The L20 filter separates particles and reduces mutagenic, cancerous and allergenic substances. It provides maximum flexibility for indoor use and is unaffected by moisture. The filter models have different exhaust gas volumes.

EHC - Model P15 - Filter

Mount the P15 Filter on cars and light vehicles to reduce exhaust particles by up to 99 percent when driving short distances indoors. This filter is unaffected by humidity and has a max temperature of 200°C. Along with soot, the filter separates mutagenic, carcinogenic and allergy producing substances found on the particles. The filter function is activated immediately when the engine is started, and provides maximum flexibility for indoor use.

EHC - Model PF - Filter

The EHC PF Filter is designed for heavy-duty applications and is recommended for vehicles and machines that are used intensively. This filter radically reduces 99% of all exhaust particles, gases and smells in exhaust fumes. The particles which are caught in the filter element needs to be removed, and the EHC PF Filters automatically self-regenerates when the correct temperature is reached. For self-regeneration, the temperature needs to exceed 300°C. If you are not certain about how high the temperature of the exhaust gas is, this can be recorded and checked with a temperature logger. If the temperature is too low for self-regeneration, there are other solutions, or we can offer an EHC HT.

EHC - Catalytic Converter

Made of a metallic honeycomb structure and optimised amounts of noble metals, our catalytic converter is more robust than its ceramic counterparts. It also heats up faster and takes up minimal space. The catalytic converter has ultra-low pressure restrictions on engines, for maximised performance. It may be used on forklifts, bulldozers and a range of other machines. Typically 90% of pollutants are eliminated.
