Ekin Silo products

Silo is made by ventilation fans and ducts which will be placed in the construction stage according to the specifications of the product to be placed in order to provide the product to maintain the optimum level of quality.

It monitors the temperature of the stored product in the silo with the temperature sensors on the heat control cables suspended from the specific points on the roof of the silo. The user screen, with its simple interface and ease of use, provides more convenient tracking of the product in the warehouse. Chronologically, historical data tracking can be done.

Capacity: EKİN chain conveyors are provided for use, being calculated optimal casing measurements and chain speed as a result of R&D Works, after being tested by our Professional team. Design: EKİN chain conveyors provide easy assembly and disassembly facilities thanks to modular gear design. In the EKİN chain conveyors are used chains with high tensile strength (81x = 128 kN, 81xh=175 kN, 81xhh=205 kN). Chain pallet is designed from high strength polyethylene sheet “UHMW1000” with no grain stays on it. Return buckets minimize material depositions in the conveyor. Unloading covers are designed with no grain stays on it. Our R&D team can produce specific solutions to the needs and requests of customers.

Design: EKİN bucket elevators provide easy assembly and disassembly, due to the modular construction. Thanks to the improved head design, provides ease of maintenance. In the EKİN bucket elevators is used “EP series” belt with polyester thread made of abrasion-resistant cord cloth. Buckets used in EKİN bucket elevators are produced from high density strength polyethylene material. Optionally, all surfaces in contact with the grain are coated with material UHMW1000. EKİN bucket elevators are simple and easy to use, due to specially designed cleaning and inspection windows. EKİN bucket elevators provide fast and correct mounting solutions, thanks to specially designed columns.
