HazPak offers a closed loop recycling system that not only solves a huge environmental problem, but allows the owner to benefit from several income streams while effectively doing their part to help stop global warming and ground water poisoning.

FilterPak is a fully automatic filter crushing system that easily handles both automotive and Truck style oil filters. The FilterPak system crushes up to 99% of the oil out of the used oil filters. This unique processing system diverts messy used oil filters from landfills while allowing the owner the benefit of three profit centers: Steel, Oil and Collection fees

WirePak crushing units have been specifically designed to crush loose “hairy” tire wire that is produced during the recycling process of automotive and Truck tires. This range of machines can process loose wire and convert it into sellable dense bricks of high quality steel. Our WirePak systems can produce up to 4000 lbs of wire per hour, ranging from < 1 % rubber content, all the way up to 13% rubber content. The density of the end product ranges from 60 pounds per cubic foot all the way up to 130 pounds per cubic foot. Our systems include automatic weighing and batching technology built right into the machinery.
