R&D plants, equipped with appropriate capacity accessories of the same processes are used in order to realize the trial production of industrial scale facilities.

Plastic tanks with steel structure are custom made according to your needs and dimensions. German made chemical resistant plastic sheets (PP, PVC, HDPE, PVDF) are used. The design of the tank and sheet thickness is calculated depending on the static pressure and temperature of the chemicals. The edges of the tanks are bent and all the side walls are welded with fusion technology.

Chrome plating: can be divided into two as decorative and hard chrome plating. Decorative chrome plating gives the surface a homogenous and shiny look. It can be applied in black and white. Hard chrome plating provides a high-resistant protection to corrosion and abrasion even though it is a difficult and expensive procedure.

Eloxal plating (anodization) is one of the most important surface finishing processes applied on aluminum products.
Since aluminum is a metal with a high oxygen tendency, it forms an aluminum oxide film on its surface. Eloxal plating is an electrolytic oxidation process that produces a thicker plating on the aluminum surface. The eloxal process has been used for over seventy years both in coloring the decorative surface and in industrial applications to increase the corrosion resistance. Because it is a very corrosion resistant plating type, it is widely used in aviation and defense industry.

In addition to galvanotechnical chemicals, bag filters and cartridge filters for micron controlled filtration of corrosive chemicals, acids, alkalis are produced for different capacities and applications. Continuous filtration and solution circulation ensure improved plating quality and solution homogenization.

Wastewater treatment is the treatment of wastewater collected from the washing tanks of surface finishing plants in a way that they are brought to the relevant discharge values. Waste water treatment systems vary by plating plant type, tank sizes, amount of waste water, waste water pollution values and the receiving setting type. As a Green Technology Project, waste water treatment plant of  `Zero Liquid Waste` silver-tin plating unit, supported by the European Union, has been designed and implemented by our company.
