Land Grant Survey Services
ELA Group, Inc. (ELA) announces the formation of Land Grant Surveyors, LLC (LGS). ELA along with Steven C. Black, PLS have partnered together in this new endeavor to provide a full range of surveying services to include GPS/GIS, ALTA/ASCM Land Title Surveys, boundary and topographic surveys and construction stakeout. Steve along with David L. Gehman, PLS bring over 50 years of combined surveying experience to LGS. In addition to Steve and Dave, LGS’s staff includes 6 survey technicians and 2 administrative support. LGS maintains its headquarters in West Hempfield Township, Lancaster County, PA and along with ELA’s offices in Lititz and State College, PA, our ability to serve clients throughout Pennsylvania is exceptional.
