Control Systems

Control Device

The control device type LYNX 04 is an electronic module for installation in an engine control cabinet. It serves to monitor, control and protect electrical alternating current or threephase motors and submersible pump motors. When adequately used, the instrument engineering guarantees a full protection of the plugged load. Customer-specific tasks for control and monitoring can be implemented on the basis of a microprocessor-controlled technology and freely programmable software.

Control and Monitoring System

The control unit type MCA-Pxx LYNX14 is an electronic module for installation in a control cabinet. The control unit LYNX14 is used to monitor, control and protect electrical AC and three-phase motors as well as submersible pumps. If used appropriately, the device technology guarantees full protection of the connected load. Customer-specific tasks for controls and monitoring can be parameterized based on the microprocessor-controlled technology and freely programmable software. The parameters for applications are set using a menu-driven display, PCs or a Bluetooth application.

EUPSIM - Control and Monitoring System for Submersible Pumps

EUPSIM® is a control and monitoring system for submersible pumps with an integrated micro controller module with transmitter and receiver modules. There is no need of an additional signal line for data transfer. The bidirectional communication between engine and control device is ensured via power line communication through the engine cable. Thus, the control device receives measured values, among others engine temperature, pressure and level. Additionally, alarm and limit value notifications are transmitted. The control device sends switching signals as parameters and calibration to the engine.

Torque Calculator for Microprocessor- Controlled Device

The torque calculator type LAC is a microprocessor- controlled device for measuring the torque on the shaft of an asynchronous machine. Starting with a rated motor power of 0,55 kW, he can operate with every line- and inverteroperated three phase asynchronous machine. The torque gets detected by measuring motor input current and voltage in conjunction with a field compensation transducer. Required operational parameters are transmission ratio and stator resistance. The torque measurement does not require a separation of the mechanical powertrain.
