Elettromeccanica Delta - Model LMV - Proportional Flow Control Valves
LMV modulating valves are used in combustion processes that require linear air or gas flow adjustment. The flow varies proportionally to the inner mechanism’s opening angle, resulting in a predictable flow rate. You can operate the valve with stage control (3-point, MZ3 servomotor) or continuous modulation (analog signals, MZ5 servomotor). Available with full or reduced gas orifice.
Elettromeccanica Delta - Model VF VFT VFH - Aluminum and Cast Iron Butterfly Valves
VF, VFT, and VFH butterfly valves regulate and control air and gas flow by design. Valves can be adjusted either manually or automatically. In manual, a valve lever can set the fire rate of the burner. In automatic, fire rate can be set via a servomotor (modulating or staged control) or a solenoid actuator (two-stage control). The setting can be monitored on a graduated scale, allowing for precise regulation ratios. This type of device is suitable for air and gas adjustment in combustion processes, like industrial kilns, drying stoves, smelting, and annealing furnaces.
Elettromeccanica Delta - Model SR SL ST - Automatic Solenoid Actuators for Control Valves
Automatic solenoid actuators for control valves fast/slow opening fast/slow closing. Solenoid actuators operate VF, VFR and VFH butterfly valves. When the coil is unenergized, the inner spring pushes down the plunger and uses gear mating to shift the connected valve to the minimum opening position. When energized, the coil moves the plunger up quickly (SR) or slowly (SL-ST), shifting the valve to the maximum opening position. This device, connected to VF, VFR and VFH butterfly valves, is used in two-stage control of gas and air in combustion processes.

R… type products are pressure regulators for gaseous media, suitable for all types of gas consuming appliances. R-125 models are high pressure devices with inlet pressure till 10 bar or 12.5 bar. RS-125 is a regulator that integrates a safety shut-off valve. In order to assure the safest working conditions, shut-off valve and regulating member are totally independent. Max inlet pressure 10 bar (LP and MP output) or 12.5 bar (HP output). 20 bar inlet on request. Outlet pressure: Low / Medium pressure 15 … 400 mbar*. High pressure 400 … 2000 mbar* (up to 4000 mbar on request)(*) depending on spring.

The R… type products are pressure regulators for gaseous media, suitable for all types of gas consuming appliances. RAG is air/gas ratio control (1:1) for combustion processes. It is provided with adjustable offset spring (+/-3mbar) and adjustable bypass. It is also usable as zero-pressure governor. All models are equipped with compensation diaphragm to assure high accuracy and are designed to perform lock-up function. (**) in progress.

The R… type products are pressure regulators for gaseous media, suitable for all types of gas consuming systems. RF is a regulator with an integrated 30-micron filtering element. NC automatic reset fast opening fast closing. The VMR-type valve is a normally closed solenoid valve that is fast-opening. When the coil is unenergized, the spring pushes on the disc to keep the gas passage closed. When the coil is powered, the valve opens. The valve rapidly shuts when the power is off. This type of device is suitable for gas and air blocking and adjusting controls in atmospheric burners or fan-assisted burners, industrial kilns, and all gas equipment that uses gas solenoid valves (qualified for continuous service – 100% ED).

The VML-type valve is a normally closed safety valve with slow opening and adjustable rapid stroke for initial gas flow. When not in the working position, the spring pushes on the disc, keeping the gas passage closed. When the coil is powered, the valve opens slowly, with adjustable speed. If an initial rapid stroke is set, valve opens rapidly in the first section. The valve rapidly shuts when the power is off. This type of device is suitable for gas and air blocking and adjusting controls in atmospheric burners or fan-assisted burners, in industrial kilns, and in all gas equipment that uses gas solenoid valves (qualified for continuous service – 100% ED).

The VMM-type valve houses two solenoid valves in one body. The first safety valve is fast-opening, and the second is fast or slow. An optional third valve, fast or slow opening, can be connected to the side, with function of bypass or pilot valve. VMM is suitable for gas or air-blocking, two stage operation, adjusting controls in atmospheric or fan-assisted burners, industrial kilns, and all gas equipment that uses regulating trains.

Elettromeccanica Delta - Model A - AD - Gear Oil Pumps With Aluminum Housing
Modern and compact oil burners pump, designed to pump fuel from the tank to the burner nozzle, at the required pressure. The A – AD type pump is made of a pumping unit integrated in a cast iron housing, connected to an aluminium pressure die casting distributor. It is provided with bidirectional nozzle ports, pressure and vacuum gauges, cartridge filter, pressure regulator and cut-off solenoid valve (type A only). Its hub and shaft sizes are manufactured to international standards (EN 225), and it can be fitted to every oil burner.
