Ozone (O3) is sometimes called "activated oxygen", basically an allotropic form of oxygen consisting of molecules containing three oxygen atoms. It can act as a most powerful sterilant to destroy bacteria, viruses, and odors if generated in controlled conditions. Ozone generators are machines that convert Oxygen (O2) into Ozone (O3) by the use of high voltage electricity with the help of ozone generators manufactured by Eltech Engineers at state of the art unit. Ozone can be neither store nor transported because of an unstable tendency to breakdown quickly as it`s a basically molecular detention process that must be carried out with ozone generators. Ozone is very powerful and it has a very short life span. When it dispersed in a closed room or vicinity, oxidation process starts and then it performs its job and just disappears. Ozone must be generated at the site only. Its life cycle comprises of Generation, Oxidation & Return to oxygen.

Our model Eltech H-500 cap sealing system is designed for handheld cap sealing in lower production applications or in R & D laboratories. Handheld induction sealer is a highly affordable and productive sealer available with us. It plugs the system into a standard electric power outlet and it is ready to operate. Set the timer to the number of seconds the container requires for a strong and perfect seal. To seal, simply place the sealing head on the container`s cap and press the button on the handle of the sealing head. The timer counts down to zero as power is applied into the cap to form the seal. Check the first few containers for seal quality. Adjust timer accordingly and time until a firm, but not scorched, the seal is achieved. Once the correct settings are reached, seals will be secure and consistent.
