EME - Batch Materials and Cullet Delivery System
EME has developed an advanced identification system designed to streamline and improve the handling of raw material deliveries, addressing the complexities found in material transportation. Raw materials such as minor ingredients, dry components, and moist materials arrive in varied forms: sacks, tankers via road or rail, and trucks. Mechanical and pneumatic systems transport these materials within the factory. Additionally, cullet is directly added from production or using front end loaders from storage areas. The identification system uses bar codes and RFID technology to ensure accurate and efficient assignment of incoming materials to the correct storage silos, thereby minimizing errors. EME - Hammer Crushers
This equipment is used at the cold end of a container glass production line. Containers rejected during an inspection are passed through a feed opening into the striking arc of the rotating hammers. Several models are available, with capacities ranging from 5 to 25 t/h.
EME - Double-Roll Crushers
Double-roll crushers can be used for small glass containers or as a second stage after a hammer crusher. Double-roll crushers can produce a defined particle size distribution, create less dust than hammer crushers and are quieter when operating. A vast range of double roll crusher models is available, with capacities varying from 7 to 24 t/h.
