Sealmaster Gold mounted ball bearings feature wide outer race insert bearing with a land riding metallic retainer. The black oxide treated bearing steel insert features an exclusive lock pin and dimple system. This provides a direct path for lubrication into the bearing. It also helps prevent outer ring rotation. Available with either setscrew or SKWEZLOC  concentric locking collar. The felt seal with flinger provide a good balance between contaminant entry, GoldPlex  HP grease loss and friction. Depending on your preference, these bearings are available in both inch and metric units. They also come in a variety of housings, with sealing or lubrication options. Sealmaster PN Gold mounted bearings come within a variety of 316 stainless casting or high strength composite housing configurations. They feature high phosphorus, electroless nickel coated steel inserts with patented seal technology. They are available with either setscrew or SKWEZLOC® concentric locking collars. The high performance triple-lip seal is the latest innovation on sealing technology. The combination of stainless flingers and FKM lip materials provides strong defense against contaminant entry, GoldPlex® FG H1 food grade grease loss, and wear. Browning® mounted ball bearings offer multiple housing styles, materials and configurations. This features an extended inner race insert bearing with ball riding nylon retainer. The insert features a rivet to help prevent outer ring rotation and is available with the following locking mechanisms: Setscrew, Eccentric, BOA concentric locking collar. The contact seal reduces grease loss while reducing friction. The black oxide treated flinger helps prevent contaminant entry. Together they provide a good balance of protection. Our System Plast mounted bearing supports are available in polyamide and Nolu-Clean materials. These Supports are also available with either a 400-series stainless steel insert or a 52100 bearing quality chrome steel insert.They are offered in a variety of housing styles and have an optional end cap and backside shield. This makes them a good solution for wash-down applications.

2000X Systems are available in 20, 30, and 40 kHz. The power supplies have increased power output for all frequencies: 15kHz units are rated at 3300 Watts, 20 kHz units are rated at 1250, 2500, and 4000 Watts 30 kHz is available in 750 and 1500 Watts; and 40 kHz are available in 400 and 800 Watts.
