It offers a wide processing window and exceptional temperature stability to ensure superior soldering results compared to traditional adipic acid solutions under full nitrogen. The flux is composed of di-carboxylic acids, contains minimal resin, and is halogenide-free, adhering to WEEE/RoHS compliance. EO-G-001 is an advanced water-based soldering flux specifically designed for wave and selective soldering applications. Its eco-friendly formulation is non-flammable and includes di-carboxylic acids, making it VOC-free, resin-free, and halogen-free, ensuring compliance with WEEE and RoHS standards. Despite its water-based nature, EO-G-001 matches the performance of traditional alcohol-based fluxes.
