Autonomous cooling units are used in circuits where the installation of an exchanger on the return line of the hydraulic circuit is not possible due to the presence of pressure spikes or high differential flow rate.

EMMEGI has developed a range of air oil exchangers up to 110 kW of power. The company’s flexibility enables the design of specific clients’ needs with regard to dimensions.

EMMEGI coolers are made of Aluminium alloy “long life” that is already a strong guarantee of a good endurance against the corrosion in an extreme environment as the marine it is.

The temperature regulator is installed in the oil circuit between the pump and the heat exchanger. It works as a by-pass regulator and the oil reservoir temperature is held constant.
