Emvertec CEECON-Bi - Condensing Economiser
The CEECON-Bi Condensing Economiser is specifically designed for wet biomass-fuelled combined heat and power (CHP) and power-only plants. This British-designed equipment is built to the highest quality standards and is corrosion-free, ensuring reliable and efficient operation over time. The economiser significantly enhances thermal efficiency, translating to increased power output and greater profitability for the plant. Employed in a biomass power plant, each economiser processes up to 80,000 kg/hr of flue gas from the combustion of Class C recycled wood in fluidised bed boilers. The recovered energy is utilized to heat combustion air and de-aerator makeup water, optimizing boiler operations. Additionally, condensate from the economisers undergoes treatment in a specialized effluent treatment plant to produce raw water for the boilers, thereby improving overall operational efficiency.
Emvertec CEECON-CC - Condensing Economisers
CEECON®-CC Condensing Economisers are specialized devices designed for industrial plants utilizing Carbon Capture technology. As the future of fossil fuel usage becomes tightly regulated, these economisers play a crucial role in meeting stringent environmental standards. Specifically, Emvertec’s CEECON units aid in the Carbon Capture process by meticulously cooling and condensing flue gases before they undergo further treatment. This dual functionality not only facilitates efficient carbon capture but also enhances energy recovery and recycling capabilities. Contact Emvertec for further details and integration solutions.
