EMW - Model RS Series - HEPA Air Filters
Series RS (H)EPA filter systems from EMW® are primarily used in heating / ventilation / air conditioning (HVAC) systems, in laboratories, in chemical and pharmaceutical plants as well as dust removal hoods at workplaces. These pleated filter media are offered in aluminum frames in all common dimensions. The filter media are high quality, wet-laid glass-fibre materials. They are sealed in the frame by a cast airtight joint.

VERFILTAN V2 are outlet-side compressed glass-fibre media. VERFILTAN V2 incorporates a light oil coat providing improved dust adhesion.

Panel Filter
EMW - Model Z - Panel Filter / Prefiltration Cell
EMW Z–line pre-filter cells are used primarily in ventilation and air conditioning systems and air intake systems for turbomachinery. Their filter media are made up of 100 % synthetic materials and offer a very large filter surface due to their "Z" pleat configuration. Their extremely high dust holding capacity is maintained even at 100% relative humidity. Our Z-line pre-filter cells are available in metal frames, cardboard frames or exchangeable plastic frames.
Equipment
EMW - Filter Mounting Frame
EMW filter mounting frames are fabricated from galvanized steel sheet "L" bars. Their adjustable clamping springs make them ideally suited for mounting all common-sized pocket and compact filters as well as combined filter systems.
EMW - Reuseable Frames
EMW reusable frames provide an innovative alternative to one-way filter cells. The specially designed frame and housing made of recycled polystyrene can be used again and again, substantially reducing disposal costs as compared to conventional filter cells.
When it is time to change the filter, i.e. when the pressure drop across the filter reaches its maximum permissable limit, only the dust-laden filter itself need be exchanged.
