EMWG - Idro Group products
Compact and Mobile - Compact Drinking Water Treatment Plants
Idro - Drinking Water from Sea Water Plant
Sea water is characterized by its elevated salinity which must be treated to make the water safe for human consumption. Depending on the characteristics of the SEA WATER, EMWG’s COMPACT & MOBILE drinking water units employ various purification technologies, and combinations therefore, including rapid sedimentation, filtration, microfiltration, reverse osmosis, remineralization and disinfection. The following systems produce drinking water from sea water
Idro - Drinking Water from Brackish Water Plant
Brackish water is water that has higher salinity than fresh water but not as high as sea water. The salinity needs to be treated to make the water safe for human consumption. Depending on the characteristics of the BRACKISH WATER, EMWG’s COMPACT & MOBILE drinking water units employ various purification technologies, and combinations thereof, including rapid sedimentation, filtration, microfiltration, brackish reverse osmosis and disinfection. The following systems produce drinking water from brackish water:
Compact and Mobile - Compact Waste Water Treatment Plants
Idro - Pump Stations
GREEN LIFT stations are used for the accumulation and pumping of water. These pumping stations are designed in lightweight high density polyethylene which makes them easy to handle and install onsite. Installed below ground, GREEN LIFT pump stations permit water to be conveyed, pumped, up to above ground water treatment plants. They can also function as equalization/ homogenization chambers, a type of pretreatment, downstream of further treatment. GREEN LIFT stations are supplied complete with submersible pump(s), piping, level regulators, control panel and all accessories necessary for service.
Idro - Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR) Plants
The GREEN MBR is a containerized waste water treatment plant designed to optimize space during transport and onsite. Projects incorporating the GREEN MBR system can significantly reduce site works as the plants take up little space thanks to the Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR) technology employed.
Idro - Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) Plant
GREEN MBBR are modular and transportable civil waste water treatment plants designed for easy installation in remote areas. The combination of technologies employed in these plants means that they take up less space during transport and onsite and are easy to manage thus minimizing operational costs. Projects incorporating the GREEN MBBR system can significantly reduce site works as the plants take up little space thanks to the Moving Bed Biological Reactor (MBBR) technology employed.
Water Treatment and Potabilization
Idro - Softeners
Our soft eners are used where calcium and magnesium encrusted salts need to be eliminated. Thanks to the syntheti c resins contained inside the soft ener, calcium and magnesium salts are substi tuted with water-soluble sodium salts. Such resins are conti nuously e? ecti ve with saturated brine ? ows in a proper salt tank included in the supply.
Idro - Disinfection Systems
IDRO Group designs and builds UV-C systems to disinfect water and other fluids for domestic, industrial and municipal uses. These systems are part of the standard production. Further systems for special uses (e.g. connections, disposition of the lamps, quartz cleaning systems, etc.) are available upon request.
Idro - Rapid Pressure Filter
Rapid filters are systems operating under pressure. They are made up either of a galvanized or adequately painted steel or fibreglass cover with valves and joint piping, manometers and accessories for proper operation.
Idro - Demineralisation Plant
The ionic exchange resin demineralisation plants allow to eliminate the salts dissolved into the water to be treated, specifically salts that can cause inconveniences during the various industrial processes or incrustations into the steam generators.
Idro - Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water Treatment Plants
The desalination or demineralization of brackish water, the purifying of sea water, medicine, cooling systems, irrigation, market gardening and floriculture are the traditional fields of application for reverse osmosis technology.
