Designed to tighten and loosen directly nuts requiring accurate high torque during bolt tightening and maximum torque during bolt loosening. The wrenches consist of a cylinder (LAX_ _) and an interchangeable hexagonal ratchet link (LAX_ _H_ _ _). Compact body construction, provides high strength and small operating radius. 35° rotation angle and rapid return stroke. Adjustable 360° reaction arm with quick release lever. Easy positioning that provides the maximum torque at any angle. Torque accuracy: ±3% across full stroke. All models include LSQ square drive, with push button release for quickly reversing for tightening and loosening applications. Available wide range of heavy-duty impact sockets. Capacity from 5 to 220 Tn, stroke up to 360 mm. Industrial general purpose cylinders. Strong spring for quick retraction, can be used in all positions. Collar threads, piston end threads and base holes, for accessory mounting. Hard chrome-plated piston with wiper seals to extend cylinder life. Capacity from 140 to 1.100 Tn, stroke up to 300 mm. Load return. Mechanical end of stroke gland avoids over travel at full pressure. Base holes for easy fixing. Optional tilting saddles. Possibility of up to 2.000 Tn lifting capacity per cylinder.

Capacity from 23 to 200 Tn, stroke up to 300 mm. Lightweight general purpose cylinders. Over 40% weight reduction when compared with steel equivalent. Made out of high strength aluminium alloy. Solid piston, spring return. Hollow piston also available SAH. All aluminium parts are trated to improve resistance and extend working life. Fitted with steel base plate for wear resistance. Optional tilting saddles. Not suitable for high cycle applications.

Manual directional control valves. Also available HBE model, push button controlled solenoid valves. The manual control valve is easily converted from double to single acting operation. Internal safety valve set at 700 bar to prevent overpressure. External adjustable pressure relief valve. For use with single acting or double acting cylinders for heavy lifting or production applications. Pressure gauge is not included. Options: roll bars, heat exchanger, pressure gauge (glycerine), digital gauge, wheel kit, pedal and push button remote motor control.

On Z models for Single Acting cylinders, the pedal acts as the control valve, by controlling advance, hold and retract functions. W series pumps are for use with Single acting cylinders. X series pumps are fitted with 4-way 3 position valves for use with Double acting cylinders. The pump range includes single and two speed models. Two speed models provide rapid cylinder advance until contact is made with the load. The hydraulic outlet on all models is 3/8`-NPT female. The W and X series pumps are fitted with internal safety valves to prevent overpressure. All pumps except W00307 are fitted with handle clips for ease of carrying. WP01207 model with foot pedal.

Suitable for carrying out bending operations with plumbing pipes, DIN 2440 and DIN 2441. Pipe bending capacities of up to 2” and 3”. Maximum bending angle: 180º. Models: Built-in pump (VA, VB). Equipped with a safety relief valve to prevent overpressure. Delivered in storage boxes. VB1527 model is equipped with a tripod stand.

Up to 30Tn `A` Models are single stage with screw extension. 20Tn and 30Tn `AC` versions are supplied with load gauge, calibrated to read in tonnes with ± 1,6% accuracy. `AB` versions are telescopic with two hydraulic extensions. All models with safety relief valve. Forged material base. Supplied with zinc coated handle and individual cardboard box. Bottle jacks will operate horizontally, provided that the pump element is at the lowest point.
