Buffer Storage

Hygienic Storage Tank

The hygienic storage tank of ENERPIPE is conceptualized for the preparation of drinking water through a stainless steel corrugated pipe in a big dimensioned size. The cold water flows into the lower area of the local heating buffer storage and warms up in the continuous flow principle. As a result the heated drinking water flows into the higher area of the buffer storage without any additional support of a pump. The water quantity which is stored in the stainless steel corrugated pipe complies with the hygienic requirements for detached or semi-detached houses. This method ensures a low temperature level in the lower area of the buffer storage, so that the return temperature can be kept low in the heating network.

High-Volume Buffer Storage

High-volume buffer storage as standard: Volume: 2.000-10.000 litre. Material: St37-2. Outside primed, inside raw. 100mm Soft foam insulation.  Operation pressure: 3,0 bar. Max. operation temperature: 95°C.

Fresh Water Module

The processing of drinking water especially in connection with biomass boiler is not easy. When in summer the heating boiler has to switched-on only for the fresh drinking water, the operation is not economical. But drinking water is a foodstuff and should not be stored for later use, like normal hot water. Furthermore there is a great risk that within a temperature range of 40°C the fostering of legionella and other bacteria is considerable. Despite of the known problems and disadvantages domestic hot water tanks are still widespread. Meanwhile there exist economic and efficient solutions to counteract the pathogenic agents. To solve these problems, ENERPIPE offers a method to heat up the drinking water with the help of the sanitary flow water heater.

The Power-to-Heat control heater of ENERPIPE is designed for the use of negative balancing energy. Due to the specially developed technology this controlled heater meets all requirements in the balancing energy market. The system has a fast response time and is adjustable to the performance requirements.

Model 100 KW - 1 MW - R-EH Small Container

The container consists of a steel frame, insulating panels in 8 cm and a lockable door. The closures are outfitted for locking cylinders to be installed by the customer. The Power-to-Heat controlled heater is wired with the control cabinet. The supplies for power and water can be arranged as required vertically or horizontally. All water carrying parts are insulated. For ventilation during summertime a cross ventilation with thermostat controlled fan motor is installed. For frost protection a frost monitor with an electric heating is also included.
