The untreated wastewater pass through the screen box. The solids will retained on the screen then the solids will be collected and discharged into trough by rake. The hoist/descent and the open/close of rake are controlled by wire rope.  When the rake raised to wiper blade scraper position then scraper wiped the collected off debris onto discharge trough. CST Series Bar Screen is equipped with two drive unit to control the hoist/descent and open/close of rake separately. The installation angle is 90 ( 75 or 85 is optional), screen opening 50-200 mm.

Csu series is designed to equip two chains to drive rake on the front (upstream). The solids will be collected to screen top and discharged into trough by rake. The installation angle is 85, screen opening 10-50 mm.

Csd series is designed to equip two chains to drive rake on the back (downstream). The solids will be collected to screen top and discharged into trough by rake. The installation angle is 60, screen opening 3-12 mm. It is suitable for channel dimensions 1000mm(W)X1000mm(D) of small.

Roots Blowers is different with Air Pump on the mechanism so produce the air flow greater than Air pump.  The rotors rotate cause the air is absorbed from inlet and compressed out to the outlet. The amounts of clearances between the rotors and between each rotor and the housing wall affect the performances and volumetric efficiency considerably. We adopts the new CNC technical process, therefore the clearances and roughness of rotors can be controlled to the perfect. The features are the following:

The rotor is bias rotated (as the follow diagram) with the vane going in and out inside the slots. The vane are compelled to attach the inside surface of casing, so that air is absorbed from inlet and compressed out to the outlet.

Submersible aerators are frequently used in wastewater treatment plants, especially during homogenization and equalization, preparing stages, sludge stabilization and post-airing stages.
