ETP’s floating baffle curtain is a custom, prefabricated, floating, hydraulic, barrier curtain, manufactured to create individual “cells” in an existing pond. This allows existing aerators to be used more efficiently, improve retention and settling time, and eliminate “short circuiting” in your wastewater treatment pond. 

ETP’s turbidity curtains, or turbidity barriers, are floating barriers used in marine construction, dredging, and remediation projects. Turbidity curtains are used to control the silt and sediment in a body of water such as ponds, lakes, bays, etc. ETP’s turbidity curtains can be set up to keep construction areas in compliance and protect the environment. ETP’s secondary containment liners serve as leak detection tank liners as well as providing secondary containment of tanks or vessels. ETP typically provides prefabricated panels up to 20,000 square feet in a single panel. Larger panel areas are available. ETP typically provides prefabricated round panels up to 120 feet in diameter in a single panel. Larger custom areas are available. ETP will assist you in choosing the proper liner material to contain the product being stored: whether that is water, milk, chemicals, or petroleum based.

The problem in the aquaculture industry is the breeding/rearing ponds suffer erosion as the result of wind, rain, and aeration. The simple and inexpensive solution is the installation of a geomembrane liner covering the top portion of the berm, removing the effect of heavy rain and wave action caused by high winds. This reduces the amount of sediment drifting in from rain and wind. ETP has the fish pond liner and berm liner to solve your problem.
