Enhydra has a wealth of knowledge in upstream oil industry processes.  However, our main focus and our greatest areas of expertise lie with Produced Water Treatment, Water Injection Systems and Sand Treatment Systems. Our understanding of the upstream process from well to product transport allows Enhydra to offer a fully integrated and holistic approach to solving your Produced Water and Water Injection challenges.

Enhydra are experienced in helping our clients optimise their existing Produced Water and Water Injection Systems.  Studies are required for an array of reasons from meeting new legislation, debottlenecking of PWT / WI systems and future upgrades.

Enhydra are specialists in analysing, fixing and upgrading existing equipment to provide higher capacity or improved performance.  However it is not always possible to improve existing plant and in these circumstances Enhydra will work with our worldwide network of equipment fabrication companies to provide locally fabricated complete equipment packages.  Enhydra excel where time is of the essence and fast tract compact solutions are required to meet client expectations. We supply products for system upgrades, retrofits and rental units. The experience and expertise of our engineers means we are quickly able to identify problems with PWT or WI systems, design, engineer and fabricate equipment within very short timescales. These “Fast Track” projects are normally implemented on existing assets where client require reliable, compact, cost effective and timely solutions.

Enhydra’s team of experienced process engineers are available to assist with critical commissioning requirements providing supervision of commissioning and installation. The same team is also used for maintenance and operation as many older systems have experienced process changes that move the equipment beyond its original operating envelope. Enhydra Ltd can help to optimise the equipment performance and rewrite any documentation to reflect the current application. Engineers can be deployed at short notice for urgent situations or as part of on-going maintenance activities
