More than 30 different food ingredients are currently produced from Ensyn’s RTP liquids. Ensyn initiated commercial operations in the food industry in 1989, producing RTP liquids for the production of food and flavoring ingredients for Red Arrow Products Company LLC, of Wisconsin. Since 1989, Ensyn has designed, built and delivered multiple commercial units to Red Arrow, five of which are in operation today. Ensyn`s technology has provided Red Arrow with a significant competitive advantage, helping Red Arrow become the dominant producer in its industry.
