As the inventor of automated vacuum waste collection systems we have been operating and maintaining our products for over half a century. As a result, our service technicians are specialists in system care. Let us take care of your system and we will increase its longevity whilst reducing your overall running costs. Our service packages cover everything from managing and upgrading the system through to extending the installation.

With our motto “User-friendliness” we promise not only innovative and user-friendly products but also a professional service throughout the plants lifecycle. We provide support where you need it. We work with you to ensure high uptime availability for your plant components. Our experienced service engineers provide professional support and service. We work with our customers to make sure that their plants most important components are quickly available – if anything should happen. We use MaintMasters CMMS (Computerized maintenance management system) to empower our customers, so that they can make informed maintenance decisions. As part of our service commitment, we also offer global distribution of spare parts.

Taking care of the daily operation and maintenance of your installation includes the following: Defined service levels; Our service levels are tangible, measurable and defined by key performance indicators (KPI). The KPIs are set in partnership with the customer and support both parties` operational objectives.

Making sure that wear and tear does not turn into a major problem. Our regular surveys and preventive maintenance services identify any potential wear and tear issues well in advance. Spare parts and software updates are an integral part of the service.

Our set of tuning and control services covers activities on the “as-built” system to maintain performance at or above design levels. Tuning and control is normally performed when the system is commissioned and should be repeated when changes have been made, such as adding valves and moving inlets.
