Earthbind Stabilizer is a quality, versatile and environmentally friendly bio-based modified asphalt emulsion specifically engineered for dust control and topical stabilization of unpaved surfaces constructed of aggregate or sands. Earthbind Stabilizer was developed to meet the need for a quality and environmentally friendly product that can be safely stored and easily applied. Earthbind Stabilizer is applied to successfully combat fugitive dust and to stabilize the road surface on many different types of unpaved, low-volume roads, parking lots, railroad yards, industrial sites, mining roads, military operations, private and public market sectors.

Earthbind 100 is a quality, versatile and environmentally friendly bio-based modified asphalt emulsion specifically engineered for dust control of unpaved surfaces constructed of native material (e.g., clay). Earthbind® 100 was developed to meet the need for a quality and environmentally friendly product that can be safely stored and easily applied. Earthbind® 100 is applied to successfully combat fugitive dust on roads constructed with native soils.

Lignin sulfonate has long been recognized as an effective dust control agent for unpaved roads. Lignin is a co-product of the paper industry and is the “glue” that holds cellulose fibers together in trees. Lignin is extracted from wood during the pulping process, which makes lignin soluble in water. The adhesive properties of lignin make it an effective dust control solution.

Earthbind Stabilizer is considered to be an environmentally friendly, modified asphalt emulsion that is specifically engineered for soil stabilization. Earthbind Stabilizer has been used to stabilize and control dust on the surface, base, sub-bases and subgrades of unpaved roads, parking lots and other road bases for the industrial, agricultural, military, private and public market sectors. Earthbind Stabilizer can be an exceptionally good product for Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) projects.

Earthbind Prime Coat is a quality, versatile and environmentally friendly penetrating prime cure. Earthbind Prime Coat can be safely stored and easily applied and was developed as an alternative for the traditional, unsafe asphalt cutbacks. Earthbind® Prime is a modified asphalt emulsion formulated with eco-friendly biopolymers and surfactants. As a penetrating prime cure, Earthbind Prime Coat works by binding loose soil or aggregate particles together, thus strengthening the soil and aggregate matrix and preventing particles from becoming airborne as fugitive dust. In addition, Earthbind® Prime Coat will add water resistance to the treated soil particles and will not re-solubilize in rainwater after curing.

EBS-RA is an environmentally friendly polymer modified asphalt emulsion for use in cold mix paving. EBS-RA was developed to replace VOC modified emulsion-based asphalts. EBS-RA is considered to be free of hazardous solvents and not harmful to aquatic and mammal life.

Non-Track Bonding Coat-41 is an environmentally friendly engineered emulsion for use as a non-tracking tack coat for paving operations. NTBC-41 is especially important for mill and fill and overlay paving operations. NTBC-41 promotes superior bonding between old and new pavement to prevent slippage between pavement layers. NTBC-41 adheres to sandy and dusty material that remains after the sweeping of a milled surface whereas traditional tackifiers do not. In addition, due to chemistry, an NTBC-41 treated surface will “re-activate” and bond with a subsequent overlay due to the thermal characteristic of the HMA layer.
