One of Envirogen’s core EcoRange products, EcoPure is an advanced demineralisation plant. EcoPure generates ultra-pure water, low conductivity water with 30% fewer chemicals and 30% less water and energy usage than traditional systems.

Plate and frame filter press systems are popular in many different applications, especially in the food industry, including vegetable oil and beer production and for use in kieselguhr filtration and sterile filtration using filter sheets. This economical pressure leaf filter is equipped with vertical, rectangular filter leaves. The filter leaves are mounted vertically and connected to a filtrate manifold at the bottom of the filter tank. For dry cake discharge, a vibrator is used to remove the cake from the filter leaves when the filtration process is complete.

Horizontal pressure leaf filters contain filter leaves positioned vertically in a horizontal filter tank. These filters can have a large filtration area and enable visual cake inspection after every cake discharge. Optional a vibrator installation can be installed for cake discharge.
