The Envirolyte EL-400 unit has been designed for production of an activated solution - Neutral Anolyte. Easy operating procedures give the added benefit to rapid delivery of safe and fast acting disinfectant-Anolyte. The Envirolyte EL-400 units have been developed to produce Neutral Anolyte on the spot and on demand when disinfecting, sterilisation and water purification are required. The weight and dimensions of the unit are kept low and small to ease handling, maintenance and transportation. The strength of Anolyte in terms of active chlorine concentration can be adjusted by current setting.

The Envirolyte Industries International Ltd. launched Envirolyte EL-1200 in February, 2001 along with Envirolyte EL-1600 after intensive consultations with our customers and partners and their continued requests for Envirolyte units with higher output capacity.

The Envirolyte Group launched Envirolyte EL-2000 in December, 2008 after intensive consultations with our customers and partners and their continued requests for a Envirolyte unit with higher output capacity.

The Envirolyte EL-3000 is a further development of Envirolyte machines with bigger output capacity to suit our customers qrowing needs for bigger volumes of activated solutions. The Envirolyte EL-3000 has been designed for production of Neutral Anolyte only. Easy operating procedures give added benefits to rapid delivery of safe and fast acting disinfectan - Neutral Anolyte. The strenght of Neutral Anolyte in terms of active chlorine concentration can be adjasted by current setting. The Envirolyte EL-3000 unit has been developed to produce Neutral Anolyte (~3000L per day) on the spot and on demand when disinfecting, sterilisation and water purification are required.

The Envirolyte ELA-200 has been designed for production of Neutral Anolyte only. Envirolyte EL-....ANW or ELA-.....ANW anolyte machines are designed to produce anolyte using lesser amount of salt and energy. About 1,5 g of NaCL and ~ 4 W of energy are required to generate 1 L of anolyte with ~ 500 ppm of FAC which is accordingly 5 and 2,5 times less than in standard ELA machines. Reduction of salt and energy consumption is critical for such markets like municipal water treatment,health care, industrial applications where high level of sanitation is required with no or very low residue of salts, also applications where risk of corrosion is critical and therefore content of chlorides in the treated water must be reduced to minimum, e.g. cooling towers and cooling water disinfection.

The task of this invention is to extend the range of active chlorine concentration in anolyte disinfectant and produce disinfectants with adjustable active chlorine concentration ranging from 1000 to 8000 ppm with a simple method by means of a diaphragm electrolyser, without using external circulation circuits and Peltier elements. Envirolyte EL-....HD or ELA-.....HD anolyte machines are also designed to produce anolyte using lesser amount of salt and energy. About 3,0 g of NaCL and ~ 4,3 W of energy are required to generate 1 G of FAC which is accordingly 5 and 3 times less than in standard EL or ELA machines.
