Intelligent Control Services for Any Application
The user-friendly controls employ human machine interface (HMI) controls to set the frequency and duration of the compressed air valve firings. The intensity of the mixing as well as the mixing pattern is determined by controlling the sequencing of produced header bubbles, the interval between bubbles and the bubble size. The settings are determined based on a number of variables such as the fluid being mixed, the flow rate, depth of the basin, total volume, and more. Since the settings can be different for each basin, section of a basin, or application, many different mixing requirements can be programmed quickly and easily – and can often be operated utilizing the same compressor! Typically, these settings are set once for optimal performance for each application and not changed unless the operating conditions change.
Multiple Services
Multiple basins and even different processes can often be run utilizing the same compressor. This allows mixing of several chambers, even different processes while reducing the maintenance requirements to one compressor, with a second as backup. Imagine replacing multiple mechanical mixers, and their energy and maintenance requirements, with one easy to service compressor. All the other components (valves and controls) are above water level, allowing quick and easy access, and plug and play change out capability.
