While cleaning your cremator floor is essential, utilizing a brush that doesn`t cause damage extends the life of your cremator`s floor. This brush head, also has a rake end in order to help you pull all of the cremated remains out of the machine. The brush head easily attaches to our 10` pole conduit, allowing you to easily clean the entire chamber and easily replace the brush head when it gets worn.(See Below in our Related Products Section).

Incinerator Waste Loading

Matthews - Liquid / Sludge Feed Systems

Wastes such as oils, spent solvents, waste water, fats and emulsions, which would benefit from being atomised within the combustion chamber, would be pumped into the incinerator. Liquid wastes will be stored in a tank fitted with optional heaters to promote the optimum pumping viscosity. On the demands of the incinerator, the liquid would be pumped under pressure into the incinerator via a stainless steel alloy injection lance.

Matthews - Bin Tippers / Elevators / Container Handling System

To facilitate establishments where the waste is stored and transported to the incinerator in wheeled bins, a bin tipper can be selected to transfer the waste either directly into the incinerator or into the incinerator via a ram loader. The bin elevator / tipper incorporates a lifting cradle on to which the bin is Bin Tipper’s / Elevator’s / Container Handling maneovred via a personnel safety gate. Once engaged into the tipper and gate is closed and the container on the demands of the control system is elevated under hydraulic or electric power. Profiles incorporated on the tipper cause the bin to invert and the lid to open, discharging the waste.

Matthews - Low Energy Wet Scrubber

A low energy wet scrubber is a simple versatile air pollution control device that controls gaseous emissions through contact between the exhaust gases and injected water. Within the scrubber hot flue gases are rapidly cooled by atomised water in-jected at pressure through one or more spray nozzles. Dust particles (particulates) within the gas stream are captured within water droplets and are de-posited in the scrubber re-circulation reservoir. This process also arrests heavy metals and to a degree acids in the form of sulphur and chlorine. Such is the flexibility of wet scrubbing systems, greater removal efficiencies can be achieved by augmenting the scrubber with venture, nozzles and sodium hydroxide neutralisation of the scrubber water.

Auto De-Ashing

Wet Bath Ash Conveyor

Following the main combustion process within the incinerator ash will periodically be discharged via a hydraulically operated ash release gate. This allows the hot ash to drop into a water bath that firstly quenches the temperature and then stabilises the ash to prevent any wind dispersion. A continuous loop flighted chain conveyor operates to sweep up the ash before transporting it into a separate road transportable ash skip. The operation of the conveyor is automatically controlled to coincide with the opening of the ash release door.
