Risk Assessment/Modeling
The A/R Groups have the option of utilizing risk assessment at any stage of the site investigation. Risk assessment for LUST investigations typically involve fate and transport modeling to determine site-specific soil clean up levels that take into account the impact to human health and the environment. Develop baseline risk assessment, Determine preliminary corrective action goals, and Identify the risk or potential toxic effect from exposure to contaminates at a site.
Effective Regulatory Liaison Services
EN TECH participates in a variety of liaison services for our clients, both site-specific and behind the scenes. Two of EN TECH"s principals are registered lobbyists with the State of Arizona pursuing fair and effective legislation and regulations for the regulated community. Additionally, EN TECH"s management participates on many of the legislative and regulatory advisory meetings, as well as ADEQ stakeholder groups.
Process & System Design Assistance
EN TECH"s staff of professional engineers and environmental scientists can assist our clients in the design, construction and system management for a variety of industrial and commercial processes. EN TECH"s evaluations can assist our clients in waste stream management, waste reduction and regulatory compliance. In working with process engineers, EN TECH"s staff can provide reviews of systems and chemical processes to modify waste streams to reduce or eliminate discharges of target pollutants.
Remediation Services
Environmental Technology, Inc. (EN TECH) provides our clients with quality site remediations that are timely and cost-effective. Our staff of geologists and engineers work closely together to design effective remediation systems that address site-specific conditions and regulatory compliance objectives.
Phase I Environmental Site Assessments

Qualified and experienced professionals perform the ENTECH"s ESAs, utilizing the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards.
Dry Well Services
Dry wells are a common means of storm water management in the southwestern deserts. Dry wells are designed to receive storm water runoff and allow the waters to percolate into the subsurface soils well above the regional aquifer. Environment Technology, Inc. (EN TECH) provides a full line of dry well services for owners of existing dry wells or property owners seeking storm water management solutions. Dry wells are required to be registered in the State of Arizona and are regulated by the ADEQ under the Aquifer protection program (APP).
Investigations & Sampling
If a dry well owner suspects contamination or is directed by the ADEQ to perform an investigation of the dry well, EN TECH can develop and implement a dry well investigation to evaluate the presence and extent of contamination. EN TECH"s investigation procedures are designed to address the concerns of the ADEQ while being cost-effective to our clients. The ADEQ may require an investigation of a dry well prior to abandonment. The investigation process is summarized in the Dry well Investigative Screening Process Chart and may involve some or all of the following: Collection and analysis of sediment samples from the dry well settling chamber. Background information on dry well construction, pretreatment, subsurface soils, surface water, groundwater depth and flow direction.
Site Reconnaissance
EN TECH"s staff of environmental professionals provide visual assessments of vacant and developed sites and identify potential environmental concerns. They are well versed in the ASTM practices and are knowledgeable of the sources, routes and causes of chemical impact to soils and groundwater. The vicinity reconnaissance provides the client with information on the surrounding properties and how they may affect the environmental conditions of the property of concern. The site reconnaissance compares regulatory compliance documents and historical information obtained from interviews and record searches with observations made in the field.
