HVAC Support

ETC’s Field Service Network, operates out of offices worldwide and provides environmental support services for Environmental Testing Facilities and Equipment. Our Field Service Engineers spend time working in our manufacturing areas actually building & testing the Equipment. Some of the after sales support services provided are calibration, maintenance contracts, repairs, upgrades, software control and DAQ (Data Acquisition) Systems.

Logistics Support

Logistics Support is the planning and management of all activities and resources necessary to support a system in order to achieve its stated operational objective.
