We are fully conversant with relevant standards and are experienced at liaising with planning authorities on your behalf. We can advise you on how to achieve optimum acoustic conditions within the building for speech intelligibility, sound insulation, audibility etc.

Environoise Consulting Limited provides a full pre-completion sound insulation testing service. We are fully accredited by the Association of Noise Consultants for Sound Insulation Testing.

Our industrial services cover both internal noise at work assessments and external noise mapping for new projects. We undertake noise surveys to satisfy the requirements of the Control of Noise at Work Regulations 2005, investigate difficult plant noise and vibration issues and advise on how best to reduce noise to acceptable levels.

Environoise Consulting is experienced at assessing vibration in machines and buildings. We have successfully completed a wide range of projects ranging from the design of hotel bedrooms affected by London Underground trains to the elimination of vibration causing turning vane failure in power station ducts. We also undertake hand/arm and whole body vibration assessments using the latest technology and relevant standards whether for construction, industrial or maritime clients.

Environoise Consulting Limited is experienced in all aspects of environmental acoustics, including prediction and assessment of noise from roads, power plants, factories entertainment venues etc. In the UK, BS4142 `Method for rating Industrial Noise affecting Mixed Residential and Industrial Areas` is widely used when assessing noise impact. Environoise advises on all aspects of environmental noise with confidence based on many years of field experience. We monitor noise using precision grade class 1 instrumentation and use the latest software for noise modelling.
