Performance & Durability: EPIC Aerators are designed with performance and durability in mind. The EPIC structural components provide both strength and enhanced performance in our floating high-speed aerators. Construction With A Purpose: The unique "C" shaped radial beam stiffens the unit and distributes the operating loads while providing hydraulic channeling of the pumped liquid. The swirling mass of liquid is straightened as it exits from the deflector, changing the trajectory of the liquid to a flatter dispersion pattern. This lower trajectory reduces aerosols and misting. The radial beams act to deflect the rotational forces of the emerging liquid, resulting in a stable float. Serviceability: Difficult to reach below water cross vane stabilizers are not needed, thus eliminating underwater catch points for debris.

Mixer Performance & Durability: The EPIC Floating Mixer is designed to mix liquids of various viscosities without entraining atmospheric oxygen. This unique design allows the consultant or owner the option of either up or down pumping action in basins or tanks when the liquid level variation is a design condition. The EPIC Floating Mixer is used in alum sludge storage tanks, in SBR, or other aeration systems to supplement mixing in neutralization tanks. Although T-304 stainless-steel is standard, EPIC can fabricate your mixer of special 316 L S/S to withstand nearly any corrosive environment.

These screw pump covers containing the EPIC structural components provide strength, enhanced safety, security, and simplicity. Construction With a Purpose: The unique "U" shaped channel beam construction stiffens the structure and distributes the operating loads while shielding the screw pump from unequal thermal expansion. Removability: The unique modular design of the EPIC Flight Dek allows quick removal with all the components available and assembled for reinstallation. Serviceability: Ultra-violet inhibitors are blended into the thermoset resin. Additionally, the glass reinforcement is protected by a surfacing veil that inhibits permeation of liquids to the glass fibers.
