Atex Centrifugal Pumps Flameproof-Group II cat 2. We have our own range of close and long coupled centrifugal pumps. Designs based on DIN 24255 means our pumps are interchangeable with most others. We have pumps from 32 to 150 mm, from 5 to 450 m3/hr…. up to 100 meters head. We offer pump servicing on and off-site, pumps collected, removed from installations, or serviced in situ.

Self-priming electric pump with multi blade impeller, suitable for pumping clean or slightly dirty water. Not suitable for pumping abrasives. A non return valve is fitted on the inlet of the pump body to avoid the loss of water after the pump has stopped, making it easier to prime when the pump starts again. Maximum suction depth of 6 metres and a maximum liquid temperature of 70°C. Port sizes from 1½" to 4" Pump casing, inlet flange and impeller are made from cast iron. Stainless steel shaft. Carbon mechanical seal.

The CM series is made up of single stage electric monobloc pumps with a flanged hydraulics/motor connection. The pump casing is manufactured in accordance with the provisions of DIN 24255-NF E 44 III-UNI 7467 standards, regarding hydraulic dimensions and connection points. The pumps may be installed in all positions, except where the suction point is directed downwards. The design of these machines allows the rotating parts and the motor to be removed from the pump casing without having to disconnect the pipes. Thus, any maintenance is easily and quickly performed.

From your drawings we can calculate pressure loss, advise and select a pump from our range to exactly meet your requirements. We build it, assemble and test every pump prior to delivery to ensure you get the best possible result at the lowest cost and fastest time.

The EPS range of pumps provides close coupled versions of our standard centrifugal pump which is design based on the DIN 24255 standard. The range covers 25 pump sizes from 32mm to 125mm discharge affording 190 pump/motor combinations.

The EPS Range of Vane pumps offers extremely efficient suction and self priming capabilities. The range covers duties up to 1000 l/min. The sliding vane operating principle imparts a very low rate of shear to the material being handled and provides a smooth, almost pulsationless flow. Sliding vane pumps “self-adjust” to compensate for “normal wear,” providing like-new pump performance over the life of the product. When repairs are required, maintenance is a simple, requiring few tools and minimal training to ensure proper performance.
