EPS - Inclined Plate Clarifiers (IPC)

Inclined Plate Clarifiers (IPC) are a time proven method for removing setteable solids from wastewater streams.  In many applications, an inclined plate clarifier is an economical way to reduce TSS, metals, BOD, and more from a waste stream prior to discharge or filtration.  An inclined plate clarifier has a a much smaller footprint than a conventional clarifier.

EPS - Dissolved Air Flotation Systems (DAF)

Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) systems are a great way to remove positively and neutrally buoyant liquids and particulate from a waste stream.  This removal method is a time tested and economical treatment solution for the removal of solids, oils, grease, fibrous materials, and BOD/COD.  Removal rates of solids can continuously exceed 99%.

EPS - Oil Water Separators (OWS)

Oil Water Separators (OWS), also known as coalescers, are effective for the continuous flow separation of non-emulsified free oils and other immiscible liquids.  Since free oil can be a problematic contaminant for other treatment equipment, it is important to remove as much as possible before further treatment.  An OWS can remove up to 100% of free oil larger than 20 microns.

EPS - Multi-Media Filters (MMF)

Multi-Media Filters (MMF) are an efficient, economical method for removing suspended solids from a waste stream.  In low TSS streams, they can be used for primary treatment.  They are an excellent method of secondary treatment after a primary treatment such as an inclined plate clarifier.

EPS - Ultrafiltration System

Ultrafiltration (UF) is a continuous filtration process used to separate emulsified oils and suspended solids from wastewater.  A porous tubular membrane allows the water (permeate) to pass while larger contaminants such as oils and colloids are retained and concentrated.  The membrane surface avoids any build -up since the high velocity of the incoming water produces a scouring effect.  Ultrafilters can provide absolute treatment to a wide variety of waste streams.

EPS - Batch Treatment Systems

A batch treatment system can often be the best solution if there is a lot of variability in wastewater or wastewater is not continually produced.  A batch treatment system gives you the control to treat wastewater on a tank by tank basis.  Whether it is 250 gallons or 10,000 gallon batches, the system can be designed as automated as preferred.

EPS - pH Adjustment Systems

Sometimes, wastewater treatment can be as simple as pH adjustment.  EPS has the ability to fabricate virtually any size pH adjustment system.  Whether you require a large system or a skid mounted system that you simply plug into a 110V outlet, EPS has you covered.  We use dependable name brand equipment for analyzers, pumps, and mixers.  Our system are built to last and require almost no operator attention.  Just send water to the unit and it will do the rest.

EPS - Skid Mounted Filters and Pumps

Skid mounted equipment can make installation and operation much easier.  EPS specializes in designing and constructing skid mounted equipment from filters to pumps to entire treatment systems.  We can skid mount, pre-pipe, and pre-wire virtually anything.  Most commonly, we use stainless steel framing and PVC pipe to increase the longevity of the equipment.

EPS - Control Panels for Wastewater Treatment Systems

A control system is an integral part to all wastewater treatments systems. EPS can supply a control panel for a complete system or local control panels to operate a single piece of equipment.  Our standard panels are NEMA4X and utilize quality, cost effective UL components to deliver a superior product.  EPS also has the ability to build according to your design specs or integrate into an existing system.

EPS - Filter Presses

A filter press is a pressure driven, batch operated filtration device used for the separation of solids from liquid.  A slurry is pumped through a series of filter plates where solids are collected and liquids are able to pass.  The solids build up and form a dense filter cake which can be disposed of as solid waste.  EPS Wastewater can build small filter presses for dewatering of solids from an IPC, DAF, or batch treatment system.  We use a center feed, corner discharge design to optimize the dewatering process.
