The Water Eater Model 85E is an electrically heated wastewater evaporator designed for the small to medium sized generator of wastewater. It comes in two models, the Model 85E Carbon Steel version and the Model 85E-SS 316L Stainless Steel version (tank, floor, lid, covers, and stack are 316L SS). Installation is easy consisting of only an electrical hookup and a 6" diameter vent stack.

The Model 125E is an electrically heated waste water evaporator designed for the small to medium sized generator of wastewater. It comes in two models, the Model 125E Carbon Steel version and the Model 125E-SS 316L Stainless Steel version (tank, floor, lid, covers, and stack are 316L SS). Installation is easy consisting of only an electrical hookup and a 10" diameter vent stack. The unit can be filled three different ways: (1) Using the supplied 2" coupling on the top of the unit; (2) Remove the lid and manually pour in fluid; or (3) Using the optional 70 GPM self priming fill pump. After an initial heat up time of approximately one hour, the Model 125E will evaporate 12 gallons per hour of water. The Model 125E water evaporator will automatically shut itself down via a low level control.

The Model 120G is a natural gas or propane heated waste water evaporator. It is available in two models, the Model 120G Carbon Steel version and the Model 120G-SS 316L Stainless Steel version (tank, floor, lid, covers, and stack are 316L SS). Installation is easy consisting of only a 120V electrical hookup, a 10" diameter vent stack, and a 3/4" standard pressure gas line.

The Model 240G is a natural gas or propane heated waste water evaporator. It is available in two models, the Model 240G Carbon Steel version and the Model 240G-SS 316L Stainless Steel version (tank, floor, lid, covers, and stack are 316L SS). Installation is easy consisting of only a 120V electrical hookup, a 10" diameter vent stack, and a 3/4" standard pressure gas line.

The Model 375G is a natural gas or propane heated waste water evaporator. It is available in two models, the Model 375G Carbon Steel version and the Model 375G-SS 316L Stainless Steel version (tank, floor, lid, covers, and stack are 316L SS). Installation is easy consisting of only a 120V electrical hookup, a 16" diameter vent stack, and a 3/4" standard pressure gas line.

The Auto Fill System (AFS) allows the Water Eater® to operate in a continuous and unattended mode as long as a feed source of water is available and the solids or concentration level does not create an overheat condition.

The Self Priming Fill Pump (70SFP) is a 70 Gallon per Minute, centrifugal pump with a cast iron housing and a 1/2 HP motor. Inlet and Outlet ports are 2" NPT. When ordered with a Water Eater®, the 70SFP is mounted on the unit and wired into the control box. It can be activated by either a momentary toggle switch located on the control box or, if ordered, the Auto Fill System (AFS).

The 20SDH Hose Assembly can be used in conjunction with the 70SFP for filling the Water Eater® or removing concentrated liquid waste from the Water Eater®. The hose assembly is 20` x 1 1/4" diameter and comes with an adapter bushing for connection to pump, quick disconnect cam and groove couplings, and foot valve with a strainer. Extension hoses are also available.

The POWERJET Model 2846E is an automatic, cabinet style spray washer with a 25 inch diameter turntable. An ideal for parts cleaner for general purpose cleaning. Common applications include engine and transmission rebuilding, general maintenance/repair, and degreasing of machined parts. Easy to operate and inexpensive to maintain, the 2846E has all the standard Powerjet® features listed below.

The POWERJET Model 4046E is an automatic, cabinet style spray washer with a 37 inch diameter turntable. Ideal for larger parts and large batch cleaning. Common applications include cleaning of aircraft components, maintenance of automotive fleets, general maintenance/repair, and degreasing of machined parts. Easy to operate and inexpensive to maintain, the 4046E has all the standard Powerjet® features listed below.
