Companies increasingly need to treat their products, to ensure perfect quality. With its circular vibrating screens, ERIMAKI allows to meet this need. Thanks to the simple adjustment of counterweights on the motor axis and to the three-dimensional vibration they generate, our circular vibrating screens allow to sieve, classify, dedust and filter a very wide range of products, achieving good results even with fine products.

The direct discharge vibrating screens with two side motors are used to carry out “in line” control sieving, thanks to the central feeding system aligned with the discharge hopper, below the screened product.

Shaking circular screens are characterised by their TUMBLING motion.  Thanks to their manufacturing technology and mechanics, they are widely used when, due to the nature of the products, vibratory movements would cause operational problems.

ERIMAKI manufactures and sells rectangular vibrating screens and vibrating tables designed for the sieving and conveyance of solid and liquid materials. Vibration is generated by two motorised vibrators equipped with adjustable masses, allowing to vary the conveyance speed and thus the hourly production rate.  The rectangular vibrating screens and the vibrating tables are custom-made, to better meet the technical and plant design needs of our customers. They may be made of AISI 304/316 stainless steel or of painted carbon steel.

Suitable to be used as a sieving equipment for particle size tests on any product. Its frame can accommodate up to eight small sieves, plus the bottom piece and the cover.

A device, both electrical and manual, whose purpose is to raise the bands of a sieve to replace a screening plan in the shortest possible time. This accessory, introduced by Erimaki in the world of vibrating screens, is designed with the objective to optimize the time required to replace or to check the components and allow better management of the workforce needed to carry out the operation.

The standard meshes we offer to our customers have an opening which may range between 25 microns and 30 mm.

The direct discharge vibrating screens with one side motor are suitable when safety sieving is required to assure the quality of both powder and liquid products, and are designed to provide a high sieving rate. They may be made of AISI 304/316 stainless steel or of painted carbon steel.  This type of screens allows to use very fine meshes, for extremely accurate filtering of the liquid fraction.

The direct discharge circular vibrating screens with central motor are used for solid/liquid separation. Thanks to the level of productivity they can assure, these screens may be equipped with very fine meshes, for extremely accurate filtering of the liquid fraction. You may also use multiple overlapping meshes, to separate the solid fraction according to particle size.
