Our expert team optimises the efficiency and performance of over 2,800MW of plant around the world, ensuring the highest levels of plant availability. The operations and maintenance solutions ESBI offer incorporates everything from staff mobilisation and contractor management, to day-to-day operations and maintenance, as well as long-term asset management.

As part of a power utility, ESBI has extensive expertise in transmission and distribution engineering, providing a full range of services to the Irish and international power sector as well as for our parent company ESB.ESBI provide detailed engineering services, technical studies, power system analysis, protection system design, design electrical, mechanical and civil design, plant specification, commissioning, planning and environmental applications, and full Owner`s Engineer (OE) services Our Owner`s Engineering services include tender documentation, tender evaluation, contract management, site supervision and asset management services. Over the years, we have worked on a wide variety of transmission (to 400kV) and distribution projects internationally. Currently our transmission and distribution team are working on client projects are in Bahrain, Ireland and Tanzania.
