BioNOC II  is a macroporous carrier that supports the growth of anchorage-dependent cells including animal, mammalian, and insect cells in either serum-containing or serum-free culture media. It produces higher cell yields by providing a higher surface area (up to 2,730 cm²/g) that allows the growth of up to 1x10⁹ cells. Due to its high porosity (50-200 μm), adherent cells are easily exposed to the necessary amount of culture media and aeration. It is made of 100% pure polyester nonwoven fabric manufactured according to cGMP guidelines. With its structure, it has a high load-bearing capability to support packed-bed structure and a 45° angle that generates microscopic eddy for mixing. The special geometric design and surface treatment on the carrier enhance fluid mixing, immobilization efficiency, protection from shear forces, and nutrient transfer during cell culture.

The CradlePro-Iso is an integrated system that combines the Esco Versati™ Centrifuge, Esco CO2 incubator, and CelCradle™ benchtop bioreactor system inside the Esco HPI G3. The CelCradle™ system provides cells with an environment of extremely low shear stress, zero foaming, and of high rates of aeration and nutrition, while the CO2 incubator controls the cells surrounding conditions. The CradlePro-Iso was designed to fully enclose the cell processing system inside an isolator to ensure the safety of the operator, without compromising the quality of the product.

Crystal Violet Dye Nuclei Count Kit is a simple tool for the quantification of cells based on the number of nuclei dyed. The CVD kit contains reagents that disrupt the cells, thereby releasing the nuclei, which are subsequently dyed.

A Biological Safety Cabinet (BSC), also known as a Biosafety Cabinet is mainly used for handling pathogenic biological samples or for applications that require a sterile work zone. A biological safety cabinet creates inflow and downflow of air that provides operator protection. The downflow air passes through an ULPA/HEPA filter and creates an ISO Class 3 work zone to protect samples from the risk of cross-contamination. The air exhausted also passes through an ULPA/HEPA filter prior to release to protect the environment.
