ESEP reinforced concrete oil separator for light mineral liquids with or without integrated sludge trap, respectively series KMI 6000 or KM 5000. The KMI 6000 and KM 5000 series are KOMO and CE certified, the PA-KMI 6000, PA-KM 5000, BPA-KMI 6000 and BPA-KM 5000 series are CE certified. The oil separator can also be equipped with an oil layer thickness and/or high level warning system which alerts you when the oil separator has reached it’s storage capacity. The oil separators are available in the standard capacities of 3 up to 120 litres/second. Other capacities are available by request. The concrete cover either comes pre-assembled watertight to the basin, so that it is delivered as a whole, or it can be set by means of a liquid-tight rubber gasket.

ESEP oil level alarm instruments, types OILSET 1000, OILSET 2000 and OMS 1, sludge level alarm instrument, type SANDSET 1000, grease level alarm instrument, types GreaseSET 1000 and GA1, and high level alarm, type Alarm 20220.  The systems indicate when 80% of the maximum storage capacity is reached. However before 100% of the storage capacity is reached the system should be emptied.

ESEP reinforced concrete “integrated grease separator” for vegetable and animal fats, oils and greases, with integrated sludge trap, series KVI 4000. The grease separator can also be equipped with a grease layer thickness and/or high level warning system which alerts you when the oil separator has reached it’s storage capacity. The KOMO certified integrated grease separators are available in the standard capacities of 2, 4, 7, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 litres/second. Separate grease and sludge separators are also available. The grease separator can also be equipped with an grease layer thickness and/or high level warning system which alerts you when the oil separator has reached its storage capacity. ESEP reinforced concrete prefabricated sludge trap, series B 2000, KB 10000 and KB 2000. The sludge traps are available in a wide range of capacities, volumes and connection diameters and can be customized to suit your situation.

ESEP HDPE inspection chamber, series IP 600 – 800 – 1000, suitable for underground placement. With round or flat bottom. All desired connection diameters can be attached at every requested height and angle. Standard hull diameters are 600, 800 and 1000 mm. Height to be determined. Chambers with a diameter of 800 and 1000 mm come with a conical part which narrows down to Ø 600 mm, making the top of the chamber universal. Accompanying shaft covers 125 kN or 400 kN available on demand.

ESEP reinforced concrete “domestic waste water purification system”. Supplied with presedimentation compartment, bioreactor with time interval controlled aeration and postsedimentation compartment. Only the domestic waste water outlets can be connected to the installation. Standard type only suited for pedestrian traffic.

ESEP reinforced concrete prefabricated “septictank” intended for fecal matter, series S 9000 and SR 9000, and LDPE “septictank” series FS 9000. In- and outlet fitted with rubber connection for plastic pipings. Series S 9000 and SR 9000 equipped with concrete walls. Constructed and designed as IBA class I system, in accordance with the latest requirements from WVO-septictank regulation, no. RH 97/1665. IBA class I septictanks are available for a household of up to 70 people, depending on the version. Standard concrete septictanks are available with a storage volume of 2000 up to 20.000 litres. Class I septictanks and standard septictanks are also available in plastic.
