Product Development Services

Developing innovative products is a key part of ESM’s philosophy. As a vibration control specialist with many years of experience, we tackle the challenges faced by our clients. Whether from project inception or at a later stage during troubleshooting, we work closely with our clients to develop tailored vibration control components.  Development begins with a theoretical examination of the complete vibration control system and subsystems by means of multi-body simulation, strength calculations using the finite element method (FEM), and practical tests of materials and products on static and servo-hydraulic test benches. To gain operational experience, some of our new developments are tested under real conditions in our own wind turbines. Using our measuring equipment, we can monitor our installed prototypes 24 hours a day. This enables us to offer our clients the highest standards of quality and safety.
