The ESMA E700 ultrasonic cleaning system is a console-mounted, PLC-controlled, automatic clean, rinse, and dry system. The console design includes heated storage tanks for cleaning solution and rinse water. Filtering of solution and rinse water allow for re-use with each cycle. The E700 can also be configured for passivation applications. The E700 automated system reduces operator involvement, speeds total clean, rinse, dry process time, and improves finished part quality.

The ESMA E889 ultrasonic cleaning system is designed to simplify the cleaning process. Using pre-programmed cycles, the E889 uses a computer controller to run timed cycles of ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic rinsing, and hot air drying. The E889 automated system reduces operator involvement, speeds total clean, rinse, dry process time, and improves finished part quality.

ESMA ultrasonic cleaning equipment more thoroughly pre-sterilizes instruments, within a shorter total cleaning cycle, than conventional ultrasonic cleaners. The ESMA pre-sterilization system simplifies, speeds, and improves the total instrument cleaning process using a unique ultrasonic rinse, hot water flush, and hot-air drying action. Hot water rinse removes drag-out contaminants and drains away dirty liquids. Hot-air drying eliminates time-consuming, cross-contaminating towel drying. Direct labor is reduced, cross-contamination is prevented, and instrument pre-sterilization quality is improved. ESMA ultrasonic instrument pre-sterilization systems are available as fully-automated, single-chamber washers; or non-automated, multi-tank cleaners.
