ROV Buckets

eSubsea deliver ROV Buckets, standardized or customised, cost efficient and high quality to the subsea oil and gas industry. The subsea ROV torque tool bucket dimensions are according to subsea industry codes as API 17D, API 17H and ISO 13628-8 standard torque tool interfaces. The buckets or receptacles covers the complete range of subsea torque tools and operation class 1 – 4, class 5 and operational class 6 – 7. There are two common bucket designs as shown below, one standard and on with a top support plate. For ball valves application, a 1/4 turn end stop and a position indicator could be integrated.

ROV Handles

The standard D-handle is made of quality material 316L or LD (Lean Duplex) or SD (Super Duplex) and with standard bolt circle interface. The snag free D-handle dimensions fits the eSubsea Durable ROV Flexjoint and is perfect for rotary manipulator operations, lifting and tilting of tools. The D-handle is snag free, recommended for permanent subsea installations, and suitable for both 3- and 4 finger intermeshing and parallel jaws.

ROV Handle

The standard T-handle or ROV T-bar is made of quality material 316L or LD or SD and with standard interface. The T-handle dimensions fits the eSubsea Durable ROV Flexjoint and is suitable for 4-finger jaws. Please be aware that T-bar handles could snag. Available in small (Ø16mm rod) and large (Ø19mm rod).

ROV Tooling

ROV Fork Tools

The eSubsea ROV Fork is part of the eSubsea ROV tooling package. The T bar handle fork is a fork manipulator used to assist the ROV with paddle valve operations. The fork handle is placed in the jaws of the ROV 7-function manipulator arm. The ROV tool interfaces are T-bar to the and fork to the valve. The T bar for has been analysed using the Finite Element Method and the torque capacity is above 300 Nm.

ROV Tooling Soft Sling Hook

The eSubsea ROV Soft Sling Hook I part of the eSubsea ROV Tooling Package, The ROV Soft Sling Hook is used for easy handling of soft slings and ropes using the ROV manipulator. It can be used to easily thread slings around pipelines and subsea structures and can be used for both push and pull operations. The ROV Sling Hook is part of the modular bolt on Remove Intervention tooling handle grip system and can be delivered with any type of handles such as T-bar, D-handle or fishtail handle.
