ETG - Multicomponent gas analyzer for Biogas and Biomethane (Wall Mounted version)

ETG - Multicomponent gas analyzer for Biomethane

The ETG 6500 BIO LNG gas analyzer is developed with the aim of providing a simple and reliable solution for the liquefying processes. Thanks to the photoacoustic technology, it is capable of providing stable measurement results, which makes it ideal for a continuous monitoring of the process. ETG 6500 BIO LNG, thanks to its design, which let the gases flow separately from the sensors, requires very little maintenance operations, guaranteeing a long components operating life and minimizing value drifting over time.

ETG - Multicomponent gas analyzer for Biogas (Portable version)

The MCA 100 Bio series of gas analyzers by ETG are the ideal solution for Biogas measurement and industrial combustion applications, because of their accuracy, stability, reliability, broad measurement range, and the variety of available form factors. Unlike other analyzers, ETG MCA 100 non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) sensor can measure multiple gases in a single instrument, using only one optical path platform. Single-gas analyzers are inadequate when using methane as a bio-fuel,because the gas often contains large amounts of CO2 as a contaminant. ETG analyzers have the ability to measure CO2, H2S and O2 in addition to methane, providing the optimal combination of gases analysis for Biogas/Biomethane process. The enhanced optics and electronics of our NDIR analyzers have virtually eliminated zero drift after the initial warm up period. The temperature and pressure compensation eliminates the major causes of span drift in many NDIR instruments.

We can measure H2S by NDUV technology that is maintenance free and doesn’t need Electrochemical cells replacement. ETG - Transportable Syngas sample pre -treatment

The biggest problem of Syngas analysis is the presence of "tars", which makes the sample gas extremely difficult to handle. Tar aerosols and deposits lead to frequent maintenance and repair and, if ignored, they can damage the sensors permanently, or make them less reliable. This can result in lower efficiency in process monitoring, thus to a potential economic loss for the end user. In gas analysis, it is important to have a clean gas to feed to the analyzer, and ETG PSS100 does exactly what it is needed: at first, it makes the gas flow through 3 washing devices, which remove the biggest part of the impurities, then it goes into a peltier chiller, which removes moisture, and finally there is a protection filter, to ensure that only clean gas will flow into the sensors. Everything is fitted into a single compact and transportable device, which is perfect for every need.

This avant-grade monitoring system has the ability to detect even quicker NH3 molecules at the most accurate range. ETG 6903 TDL Rock (NH3) continous status monitoring, automatic calibra­tion and remote controlling option (by ethernet & USB) allows the user to exploit the maximum capacity of the instrument at the minimum effort and mantenance. ETG 6903 TDL Rock (NH3) is expandable in a multipoint system for any sample conditioning.

ETG - Drone Based Monitoring System

Regarding the problem of monitoring diffuse emissions, or of the leaking in gas pipelines, ETG Risorse in collaboration with NIMBUS has developed a drone for GHG diffusing emission monitoring, simplifying this type of analysis for the end customer. This system, equipped with a sensor with TDLAS (tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy) technology, is able to detect methane concentrations starting from 0.1 ppm, which makes it particularly suitable for all types of analysis in which both high sensitivity and a wide range of areas to cover.
