There are two ways of ordering oligos with Eton, one is for oligos only and the other is for oligos(primers) that will be used in a DNA sequencing order. For oligos not associated with a sequencing order, Log in to your account on www.etonbio.com. Select the "Place Order" option under the Oligo Synthesis heading and follow the steps through the order form. If you would like to order primers to be used with your sequencing order, please select the "Place Order" option under the DNA Sequencing heading. On the Order Details page, check the box in the "Order Primer" column for reactions with primers that you need to have synthesized. This will bring up a window that will allow you to enter your primer name, sequence and choose a storage option. You only need to do this once for each primer you are ordering, even if it is used multiple times within the same order.
