The manually rotated crane is a GBRM series jib crane. This type of jib crane is used with the intervention of the staff who, by MANUALLY sliding the chain vertically, moves the ROTATTION BOOMS   360 ° thus facilitating the work of the machine, being able to transport and move the load to multiple work points.

Cranes with box beams or with unified profiles, used for low and medium performances, equipped with wire rope hoists and electromechanical components for selected horizontal movements. An inverter can be used for speed control.1 ton applications. to 15 Ton. with gauge up to 25 m.

Cranes used for easy, medium and difficult tasks. They have rope pulley tackle and electro-mechanical components for selected horizontal movements. Applications from 1 Ton. to 200 Ton. with spans up to 50 m.

Great production experience in the Ex-d anti-explosion field allows us to supply petrochemical and/or highly explosive environments. For the type and capacity, follow that previously indicated. ETS engineering Spa is able to supply its machines with anti-explosive, non sparking, increased safety, closed, externally ventilated, electric motors with brake. All appliances comply with the requested Standards regarding installation in dangerous areas, i.e. areas where explosive atmospheres may develop in determined conditions.

The ETS non-sparking manual hoists are made in compliance with the Machinery Directive 2006/42 / EC, the Atex Directive 94/9 / EC and the EN 13463 standard. They are equipped with solid Brall bronze wheels, bronze hook with safety tab, pop-up brake in bronze and operating chains in AISI 316 stainless steel. Available capacities from 500 Kg. to 20000 Kg. Classified by Area II 2GD c IIB T4 T125 ° CX The hot-dip galvanizing treatment with epoxy coating Ral 1018 makes the hoist suitable for an outdoor use even for particularly aggressive environments.

The ETS no-sparking manual hoists are produced in accordance with Machines Directive 2006/42/EC, Atex 94/9/EC Directive and EN 13463 Regulation. They are equipped with solid Brall wheels, bronze coated hook with security latch, bronze braking pawl and AISI 316 stainless steel manoeuvre chains. Available capacities from 500 Kg. to 20000 Kg. Classification: II 2GD c IIB T4 T125° C X The hot galvanizing treatment with Ral 1018 epoxy coating makes the hoist suitable to be used outdoors even for specially aggressive environments.
