Gas Generator
EUCA - High Purity Nitrogen Station N2 Generator
The LNI Schmidlin SA High Purity Nitrogen generators (HP‐N2) produce laboratory high grade nitrogen for most of the laboratory applications and equipments. Designed with safety and convenience in mind, this system generates purified nitrogen, eliminating the need for inconvenient cumbersome high‐pressure gas cylinders.
The HP‐N2 removes oxygen from air to less than 10 ppm (HC polluants to less than 0.1ppm if the option is installed). The typical flows are 500 ml/min, 750 ml/min, 1300 ml/min and 4000 ml/min. Includes smart compressor management.
EUCA - Mistral LCMS Evolution N2 Generator
The Mistral LCMS Evolution (PSA technology) include an integral oil‐free air compressor and deliver a continuous stream of pure nitrogen gas of 98.5% with a flow rate of 35 Nl/min. It use the pressure swing adsorption (PSA) system that removes oxygen, carbon dioxide and water from compressed air. The resulting stream pure nitrogen is ideal for laboratory applications like LCMS techniques and other inert gas applications.
Gas Analysis
EUCA - Laser Absorption Spectroscopy
The LAS-NH3 is a laser absorption spectrometer for precise detection of ammonia. The continuous measurement takes place with the help of a long path cell in a vacuum. Therefore a high selectivity and very low cross-sensitivity is reached for most of the background gases. The direct measurement method operates physically and without a calibration. No auxiliary variables, such as decay times, must be determined. The spectrometer includes all necessary componentsfor analyzing, such as light source, long path cell, detector, pump and evaluation electronic.

Gas Calibrator
EUCA Sonimix - LCD Gas divider / Gas mixer
The binary gas divider from 0 to 100% in fixed steps, model LNI SONIMIX 2106‐LCD is based on the principle of gas stream through sonic nozzles (ISO 6145‐6 technology) and is built according to the ISO 6145/6 normalization. Most accurate device on the market (0.5% rel.). SONIMIX 2106‐10 – from 10% to 100% in 10% step. SONIMIX 2106‐16 – from 6% to 100% in 6% step*. SONIMIX 2106‐64 – from 2% to 100% in 2% step*. SONIMIX 2106‐128 – from 1% to 100% in 1% step*. SONIMIX 2106‐256 – from 0.5% to 100% in 0.5% step*. SONIMIX 2106‐1024 ‐ from 0.1% to 100% in 0.1% step .
EUCA Sonimix - Gas Mixer
The binary gas mixer from 0 to 100%, model LNI SONIMIX 7100 is based on the principle of gas stream through mass flow controllers and is built according to the ISO 6145/7 normalisation. SONIMIX 7100 2L1R – from 10% to 100%. SONIMIX 7100 2L2R – from 1% to 100%. SONIMIX 7100 2L3R ‐ from 0.1% to 100%. SONIMIX 7100 A Multi‐gas (up to 6 independent MFC) .
Safty Experiment
EUCA - Spark Test Apparatus
The spark test apparatus serves for testing intrinsically safe circuits. The test is based on whether the tested equipment is capable ofproducing sparks, arcs in normal operation, capable of igniting the gas mixture specified by the standard, in the given chamber, under given conditions. The apparatus includes a built-in gas mixer producing the gas mixture for testing and calibration with a high accuracy. The actualmeasuring process is completed with the purging of the chamber after the measuring process, aiming at the removal of the needless combustions products.
EUCA - Maximum Experimental Safe Gap Apparatus
The MESG apparatus is capable of determining the g0 value (maximum experimental safe gap) and the associated g100 valuerequired for the classification of gases, vapours and mists. Furthermore the apparatus can be applied to check the accuracy of a given gas concentration. In order to attain the required accuracy, a stepping motor with gear transmission adjusts the gap size. During 80 steps the stepping motor makes 1 m. Thus the gap size can be adjusted with an accuracy of ± 1 m. The actual measuring process is completed with the purging of the chamber after the measurement, aiming at the removal of the needless combustions products.
