The Europe Grinders work with an innovative principle called friction grinding. Friction grinding is a way of grinding woodchips with the advantage of a higher capacity up to 40% less power consumption. The kinetic hammer effect of the swing hammers in combination with the special designed and hardened friction plates are ideal for grinding wet wood chips. The full surface of the housing can be used with this principle. This patented system ensures an homogeneous end product with a very low dust content, ideal for drying. The loading system with augers guarantee a continuous feeding.
