Evans Components provides an economical, reliable and more compact solution to purge gas delivery for high-purity welding and testing in semiconductor applications. The convenient to use Evans Purge Tool, and Purge Station, directly replaces costly multi-component arrays with an exclusive “Integrated Manifold” design. All components are integrated into a single compact, lightweight unit which eliminates  assembly time, reduces potential hazing and discoloration of weld zones, and improves reliability. All Evans Purge Tools and Purge Stations are cleaned for oxygen service and packaged in a clean room environment.

Evans PW Series valves perform to the highest levels of leak integrity available on the market. All valves and valve assemblies are 100% helium leak tested to ensure reliability and low cost of ownership.

90 Series mini ball valves are constructed with a low-cost cast body design, all sizes incorporate a “full bore” body and low torque design, valves are bagged in cleanroom, locking handles are optional.

Evans PLT Series Presslok® , is an innovative tube size press system offering economy, speed, and reliability for joining 304/316L tube for high purity/general industrial air, inert gas, process cooling water, vacuum exhaust and other low pressure general service installations. The Evans PLT Series Presslok® system eliminates welding when joining 1/2” – 4” (15 – 100 mm) components through newly developed tube sized Presslok® couplings, elbows, tees, reducers, adapters and valves.

PW-HB Series hose barb fittings are manufactured with Push-lok style hose barbs (which requires no hose clamp) for ¼” thru 1” and king nipple style (hose clamp design) for 1-1/2” thru 2”. Evans offers a wide range of hose barb fitting configurations. Hose barb x ANSI flange, reducing tees, manifolds, ball valves, etc.
