FA string wounded filter cartridges are made of an polypropylene yarn with polypropylene core. They are made of extruded polypropylene. The polypropylene is melted and then sprayed with nozzles on a rotating mandrel, assuming a consistency similar to cotton candy. As the material cools down, it creates a rigid but porous structure. They therefore guarantee a very high capacity to retains suspended solids. These cartridges are ideal for treating slightly refined waters with a good presence of suspended solids (up to a maximum of 1 ppm) with an heterogeneous distribution of the particles. Everblue filter cartridges are ideal for filtering water, beverages, wine, and liquids, as well as for the treatment of drinking and industrial water for food-grade use.

PP95G+ pleated filtration cartridges manufactured in different filter media, polypropylene internal core and polypropylene external cage. Available different filtration gradient with nominal (95%) efficiency . Pleated cartridges are available DOE (double open end) and with endcaps C2,C3, C7, C8.

Everblue`s filter bags designed in polypropylene, are available two different size 17" (size 1) and 32" (size 2). SI7PP75 bags can be fit in a lot of bag filters housings. The BagBlack-S strainer basket filter, made of AISI 316 steel and built and designed according to ASME design VIII standard, can be fit one or two PVC baskets depending on the required flow rate; the filter basket is available with different filtration degree from 50 micron to 3000 micron to meet multiple filtration requirements. The rapidity of removing the basket from the housing is also a point of absolute advantage for this filter, which is why maintenance and cleaning require a very limited amount of time.

The BagBlue-S basket strainer filter, made of FRP fiberglass, can be fit two or three PVC baskets depending on the flow rate to be treated. It is ideal for installation in both seawater and brackish water systems and meets the many market demands: high filtration grades available from 50 microns to 3000 microns and possibility of installation in battery (flow rate from 36 m3/h). The quick removal of the basket from the container thanks to the horizontal installation of the same, is also a point of absolute advantage, which is why maintenance and cleaning require a very limited amount of time.
