Everest PD Blowers are rotary compressors whose pumping capacity is determined by size, operating speed and pressure conditions. It employs two Twin Lobe impellers mounted on parallel shafts, rotating in opposite directions within a casing closed at the ends by side plates. As the impellers rotate, air is drawn into one side of the casing and forced out of the opposite side against the existing pressures. The differential pressure developed, therefore, depends upon the resistance of the connected system. The blowers, being positive displacement type, do not develop pressure within the casing but the discharges pressure depends upon the system resistance/ back pressure. Effective sealing of the compressor inlet area from the discharge area is accomplished by use of very small operational clearance, eliminating the need of any internal lubrication of the lobes. A pair of accurately machines alloy steel, hardened and ground timing gears maintain clearances between the impellers during rotation. These air blowers ensure you for 100% oil free air delivery making them 100% dry type blowers & are made of Spheroidal Graphite Iron and alloy steel gears and shaft. This MOC selection makes these blowers significant and outstanding in terms of other traditional machines. The blowers are manufactured on state-of-the-art latest CNC machines & are machined to close tolerance levels with a high degree of accuracy by profile machining which ensures high volumetric efficiency with reduced power consumption.

Twin Lobe Blowers are specifically for aeration application in the ETP and STP operations. These blowers work on the positive displacement principle & are primarily used in ETP water tanks to provide air at higher pressures for making the microorganism alive so that they can decompose the waste and the treated water can be used for the general application like sanitation and gardening purpose. As the Air Blowers operate in open condition exposing the suction to the atmosphere and exhaust to the desired tank, need of filters & silencers arrive at the suction of the blower. These blowers are constructed with special materials and are enhanced with proper lubrication and sealing arrangements. This makes them an ideal choice for ETP& STP operations.
